Artisan is an independent, neighborhood bike service founded by a refugee from “Corporate America”. I now have the satisfaction of making broken things work like new again and seeing the delight on my customer’s faces when they actually get what they’ve paid for, delivered on time. The overhead is low so I can charge a fair price and we only take in as much work as we can deliver in a timely manner. We generally turn things around in 24 -48 hours.
If we can fix it, we will, and if we can’t I’ll tell you that up front. We treat customers the way we want to be treated, and they must like it because over 80% of our business is from repeat customers. It’s the old fashioned way of building a business but it’s working and we think that is a sign that we’re getting it right.
